Didn't do my DD. I'm done. Won't follow it down again, too much in it already (45%)down, Frank told us in 8k of june 2012 he was selling over 4k per trading day and in jan 2013 in another 8k using rule 10b 5-1 he expanded his selling to 12k shares per trading day thru 12-13.
This stock didn't trade anywhere near as many shares as it has the past mth. and so I blame myself for getting into and not getting out of nviv.
At least when I lost washington mutual (from 3.60 one day to .16? or less 2 days later) and it was at the time the 5th largest bank in america the govt. said we're shutting you down. I had nothing to do but hope. But here I blame myself, Frank selected for maybe boston CEO of the yr. All systems go as to listing on the next higher mrkt. ( though this also shown up in a I believe an 8k as not coming to pass). So as I kick myself knowing I could have put this money into (X) U.S.Steel and made 10%+ by the end ot the yr. I bid a fond farewell to you all and will keep what I have bought as another reminder that I do not know as much as I should nor did I do my DD either. GTLA
