Many Thanks Kyle: Just a few comments for the layman; all the way through it was stressed that electroporation is the preferred delivery system for both DNA and RNA based vaccines, calling it "very efficient." I'll lift off a quote from the conclusion that goes like this: "Electroporation has been demonstrated to be very efficient for increasing delivery and effectiveness of DNA vaccines. We show here that electroporation can also be used to markedly enhance the delivery and potency of RNA based vaccines." I don't know if it could be said any better. Thanks Again to KR...
