Rise is only because of today's DOJ change

The price would not have risen today without the breaking stories that the DOJ was somewhat changing its stance on how it would approach state laws, and that's how the response applies.

Today's story was new, and it was a reversal by AG Holder.

Based strictly on the fundamentals of this company and their business model of highlighting CBD and not marijuana, the stock price shouldn't have run today, but with a name like Medical Marijuana, Inc, even if you're only slightly in the medical marijuana business via Red Dice and Dixie, you're going to get carried along by the tide.
