Proxy card on website Syed voting by yesterday at 5pm

Proxy card recd from 3rd party through broker states today at 5pm.

FB states meeting was yesterday, now FB states Nicholson in route to meeting tomorrow?

Multi Million dollar companies don't allow this kind of confusion IMO.
