While i have held pfd and common in the past.
I did not own on c-ship - started common position after that.
had sold my pfd prior to aug 17 '12.
In fact since then i have added pfd and converted all my common to jr pfd.

Other than suing for reversal of the decisions i cannot claim direct harm on any current shares- I will however materially benefit from reversal of Sweep- Capuano bill. paying of dividends, Re-listing. Converting to pfd RV value to common mkt price.
