Why should we as shareholders care about how Steve files his personal taxes? I could care less how he claims his personal gains. TBH, if I was his accountant he wouldn't be claiming a dime from any conversions.
I know this because I studied accounting for 6 years and have a BS in Accounting, BBA, and an MBA.
Do I agree with what I see on paper, within PNCH? NO!
Do I care about Steve and how his accountant does Steves personal taxes? NO!
This doesn't help/hurt/or mean anything to the company so I don't even understand why this topic was brought up.
Once again shareholders are becoming obsessed with Steves personal life and less about where PNCH is headed.

Good question! How much of this toxic financing goes into stevies wallet?? Seems to me he is directly stealing from shareholders while lying straight to their faces.

Its beyond ridiculous really.
