That is not correct.

No volume is a huge red flag.
NO bid is coming

Don't let those guys scare you, trooper. Any time somebody wants to buy, there's a market maker whose job it is to sell the stock to him. That's the "ask" price you see posted. The same market maker or another one will buy your stock at the lower "bid" price whenever you want to sell it. The market makers moves these prices up and down based on supply and demand. The difference between the two prices is the "spread," where the MM (market maker) makes his cut. Lately, there have been few, and on some days, no people willing to sell at the bid or buy at the ask. Somebody could place an order somewhere in the middle, and might get a fill in there somewhere, if somebody else wants to take the other side of the trade, and the market maker can make it worth his while. BVIG is trading very little--very "thinly"--so it's difficult to get a good execution at a good price; in other words, there's a wide spread. This is a good indication that there is little interest in the stock. Nobody wants it badly enough to pay up for it, but nobody is in a hurry to sell it, either.

Basically, it's "dead" money.

The way I see it, most of the people who own it got stuck with it after the divvy. They got it too late to sell it when it was worth anything, and they don't want to take the loss and get it off the books at this point. But if you can take the loss and deduct it from your income and get a tax benefit out of it, that's probably the best thing to do with it, in my opinion. The company is about as scammy as they get, and there's very little chance of their stock ever amounting to anything. You got taken in. Scammed. Best learn from the experience, and don't do it again.

Best wishes.
