You bet. And thanks for all of your research and opinions as well. I've also been reviewing all of the Markman orders from this court since 2012. I have the 2011 orders to review before I post everything here, though. In the interim, I can say with some degree of confidence that the proposed claim construction methods by the IP plaintiffs are selected by the federal district judges in Boston more times than judges select the methods proposed by the IP defendants.
Another nugget, is I do not believe Judge Casper has ever written an order and memorandum on claim construction. I have searched the courts records for all of these Markman orders since the date she started on the bench and have found none signed by her.
