I think most sensible people see this as a straightforward case to be ruled in JNSH's favor.

We're just hoping the judge feels the same. Also not all buyers post on this board. The 2M+ buyer last week was quiet during his/ her accumulation.

So I think there are more eyes on this than we think and everyone is waiting for the case to settle.

I am a little surprised as well! All of iHub is pretty quiet lately! Maybe the end of summer / vacations?

After reading all the filings, I am more than optimistic of a JNSH-favorable ruling... the only question is when? Hopefully today!
