Of course thats obvious. To my mind its a try to animate sellers to sell into the bid at .0001$ or to join at the ask at .0002$.

Possible scenario: They shorted huge positions in the range .0002 to .0005$. So if they have the ability to cover them at .0002 or lower they are gainer.
