What exactly is it that you anticipate transpiring in the "days and weeks ahead"? The hearing on ATVI's MSJ is not until 10/17, and that by itself isn't even a true catalyst, as WDDD is simply hoping that soon following this MSJ hearing, a new Markman date will be set -- and that this new date will not be too far down the time horizon.

Is there some other interim catalyst at play here that you are anticipating?
