It will be easy for everyone to see the big picture soon. If JP, BOA and the others loose their lawsuits and have to pay the Govt. huge amounts of money for their funny accounting of the home loans even BO will know where the problem is. If these banks did bad loans and pushed them of on F&F it is really not that F&F is to blame. F&F is a good system. The banks need to be held to stricter guidelines if they are to get F&F to fund their loan process. Clearly to me it is the lenders who wanted to make paper and didn't care if the loan went bad or not since the Govt. insured the losses. It's the lenders who will be changed and that means the poor soul buying a house will pay more going on from now on. Believe me the banks see the hand writing. I just refied. and it was more hoops to jump over than in the past.
