That is my ultimate hope, but I am truly having my doubts the way he is letting google get away with delays after delays. It is like google is running the court and not the judge. If I were the judge, I'd seriously question my actions at this stage almost a year after jury verdict, after uspto ruling, etc, etc. It is like he is waiting may be for obama to override the workaround requirement ala obama's overruling of itc on behalf of apple, LOL!! different cases though and that will never happen.

I am less concerned about JJ being a "Google lackie" but more concerned about him seeing himself as an Obama Acolyte in the patent troll war. Yes indirectly Google probably has deep ties to the Obama administration (research funding, NSA etc.)but let's hope the US hasn't completely descended to third world status with Federal judges making rulings based on money and influence.
