Yeah CP, especially when around the same time, PPHMs PII 2nd Line NSCLC trial placebo and 1 mg/kg treatment schedule/labeling database was being interchanged sporadically so that the trial was nearly destroyed. PPHM management should have known to increase from 8 to 15 million as surely they knew that the dose switch would shake the foundation of the company and the foundation of its' employees confidence in their own company and its' ability to get anything done to the point a mutiny or rather an abandon ship was probably at hand.

Nice writing revenge but you failed to mention that a tiny monkey wrench in PPHMs plan.... gawd

It isn't a matter of understanding!

I am perplexed as to why you fail to understand how long-term shareholders find the following insulting:

1) I AM a long time share holder that goes back to the nineties!
2) I was in the Reverse Split as all other Long Term Longs
3) Because I am a REAL Long Term Longs I CLEARLY see the DIFFERENCE and PROGRESS of the Company over time.
4) I don't feel insulted, and from reading this board many others neither.
5) I prefer employees being loaded with shares because there is no better watchdog as them. They provide us with info, they monitor what is going on and they do the work. So I don't see why they should be rewarded well so their incentive is to make PPHM pps go up when the occasion is there. This dilution for existing share holders will be paid back ten fold. And at least they will not sabotage PPHM because they would be sabotaging themselves/each other!
6) If front-desk secretaries of Microsoft became millionaires because of their stock option plan then why not the employees of PPHM, after all Peregrine Pharaceuticals is the Microsoft of Biotechnology and that is becoming more evident by the day now the MOA is publicly better explained and understood.

So as you see, "fail to understand" is a perceptual mishap, it should have been "differ of opinion and feeling about...".
Now, as you only were "perplexed", which as such isn't very problematic, I still hope that with this explanation your perplexity is tampered in case that, from where you stand, it was a problem. The due respect is mutual, however.
