With Google putting up such a strong defense it really help us in the long run. Let me ask you this; if you were a major stock holder in Google and and the defense team put up a meager defense would you not be outraged? If you are on the board of say ZTE and you see Google putting up such a determined defense, but yet VRNG prevails, would you not be more inclined to settle? Their defense has done nothing but help us out in the long run. If there is one lesson that they should learn at this point it is in futility.It may be time to call it quits.
All that is left for this judge to do is make it public that if it were at all possible, he would rule for GOOG, but he can't cause of the jury verdict and the uspto ruling. This judge is looking for every excuse possible to give google a chance to wiggle out of this theft of VRNG's patent with as minimum penalty as possible. This judge will not rule until it is obvious to the whole world that GOOG has exhausted its shenaniganism cause of its financial might and then decent people all over start asking what the heck is the matter with this judge. I have lost faith of justice in the court of this judge, imo.
