Well picking up shares below a dollar would mean the pps would have to drop over 40%. What I meant was how did you conclude that an attack on Syria would cause INO to lose 40% of it's current value? The market has been in the red almost every day for 2 weeks now.

Simply put the federal reserve is printing endless amounts of money $$$. Ultimately will lead to higher inflation.
