That doesn't ans the question or provide any links to. To "conjure" in my mind, is to use one's imagination & imagery. My mind is likely as good as yours to imagine, but if you know of actual cases very similar in the past, that can be looked at in DD, then I bet you used that kind of info to increase your knowledge, than imagination. The idea of your scenario, sounds very interesting & plausible but I just wondered if it actually has happened b4, in a "patents" context.
