rayman009... Sounds like a plan. Probably better than mine...I haven't given much thought to an exit strategy. I kind of like to let things ride to see where I wind up. Unless some financial crisis hits at home, I'm likely to not be selling any for some time and will likely be buying when and where I can. Good Luck!
