I think that was insider trading and in the run up from the end of February 2013 to first part of June there were several days the price ran up and a press release was released the next day. I think if someone looked it would not be to hard to find.

Also, I think Lawdog is solid. Not looking to disrespect anyone but I think Lawdog golden and is just like the rest of us who have gotten down when the price just keeps getting lower and lower.
