The audited financials will be the only ones that matter. I am glad we got a glimpse into what they will look like however.

The "additonal paid in capital" is not showing a reconciliation on the cashflow statement as part of the financing activities. Assuming the "asset" was an investment paid for with stock....it all should show up there. As far as the cashflow statement is concerned it doesn't exist.

Thus these financials are FUBAR....as far as I can tell.
