Did you keep track of all the R/S-s and what the final net dilution R/S is of an original COIN share? My guess is one billion original COIN shares is not even 1 share of Finjan now after this last R/S?
Is the same outlaw CEO still running this scam?
The sad part is this was a real company, with real manufacturing operations in 2009-10 and real gangbuster organic fertilizer products and millions in sales at the peak (2-3 million IIRC in the first 12 months in 09-10), run into the ground by a real bad CEO that turned to toxic debt to pay his bloated salary and benefits while laying off the people needed to grow sales. In the old days, a CEO like that would have been tar and feathered and run out of town. Now they just print more worthless shares.
