Sorry, Wick, but Arlene setting up a Florida profit corporation
does not mean she has any shares of TGLN let alone all or most.
It just means she filed the form and paid the price to set up
a Florida profit corporation. Look up the SEC filings from
TGLN-Fleming which detail the merge agreement. This DD will show
you that according to the merge agreement the "change in control"
would be mooted if new "controllers" failed to report to the SEC
with filings like Fleming always did.
