The CEO must be giving you private information because the last public info he gave on financials was:How many times has mdhi posted that financials will be current by a certain date and then post that they will be further out ? So many times , probably fifty, just like this last one.

Did you ask him why he is over 100 days late in filing with OTCMarkets the Jan-Mar quarter unaudited numbers?

They should be getting downgraded to NO INFORMATION soon.

Apparently the CEO isnt at all worried about how their market perceives the company and his legal obligations!

Anyone doing any DD on a pink stock goes to OTCMarkets.com as that is the official location for all news and filings.

That means they have to post annual numbers (July12 - Jun13) this week.

The CEO says June 30th 2012 fiscal will be posted in Sept, by Sept 10th at the latest.

If he is so keen to show profitable cash flow then post the unaudited numbers showing it and the stock price will treble or more within a week. he can then dilute the last million or 2 and retire.
