Yes, FINRA knows there are no short positions at all on PVSP.
OTCshortReports always claims there are millions of shorted PVSP shares every single trading day.

There's a huge disconnect between the two. Which can be explained by the fact that the OSR blog cannot track new dilutive shares. They always appear, to them, as phantom "shorts".

It would work with as stock with an O/S that change only once in a while, with the change mentionned in a 8-K or other SEC filing.
It doesn't work with PVSP, whit an O/S that climbs every single week.
