please refer to my last post regarding that. TDA did not say anything about market manipulation. my own TDA investment advisor informed me after doing a brief review of VDSC stock told me that everything appears to be in order and that it appears the company is making efforts to clean the past up and preparing a new table for a good reason. of course that also came with a healthy dose of it is not recommended to invest in OTC markets which are very high risk.
