And as I said before, Kidrin should not be discussing matters relevant to the litigation with anyone other than Susman and the individuals working on Susman's behalf in connection with this lawsuit. I'll try to determine the timing information from the public domain. I didn't intend to create any panic here. I re-read the interview and became a little concerned. In sure Susman is all over this issue and looked into the possibility of any equitable defenses before taking the case.
