Duh, the so-called OTCShortReport blog has been reporting that short positions have been taken on PVSP every single trading day for the last 3 years.
That's about 800 million shares "shorted" in total.

Funny thing those "shorts" closely match the number of dilutive shares (issued converted).
Obviously, the OTCshortReport should rename itself the OTCdilutionReport.
They cannot tell as shorsted share from a dilutive share, mostly because PVSP doesn't announce conversions as they happen. They only mention them 3 months later in the 10-Q or 10-K.

FINRA counts 2 shorted PVSP shares total. About 1 nanosecond to cover.

The word is there are some over seas accounts that have not received their certificates for PVSP and are getting the run around about them. What is that old saying if it walks like a DUCK Quacks like a DUCK CHANCES ARE IT IS A DUCK!!!! Things may get interesting here in the short and long term. GLTAL
