I guess the only consolation is that Dean and the lenders are just as screwed as he did the shareholders if this never trades.

But you are right. With an open SEC enforcement action, why would they be allowed to dispose of current shareholders and sell to new ones?

Last I had checked on the suits

that suit had been stopped in it's tracks due to the SEC case. No documents or scheduled court dates, just lack of forward activity. Technically it is still alive.

But yeah, I would have been interested in hearing Dean's defense as to how his booth ended up being angle for angle, color for color identical to the sample plans.
