It is a false and misleading statement filed with the SEC in the latest 10Q:

Just because a company is trading at $0.06 does not mean it is a scam. How can a company that has generated so much interest from fortune 500 companies, and with so much recognition from international organizations such as INO (http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=58587875, CIBNOR (http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=57946921), or EMCO (http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=58829153) be a scam?

You shouldn't be swaying potential investors who can profit largely from this in the long-run away from a project. Also, I suggest looking for news releases or searching the quote prior to posting.
