INO Caution regarding INO stock

INO stock was valued at .66 on 6/24
Front-loading can be seen between 7/01 and 7/15.
Then, a massive, multipronged Pump took place in early August.
INO stock valuation has dropped 60% from the height of that campaign on 8/06.
The volume of INO stock traded yesterday was only 12% of what it was on 8/06.

A Pump followed by disappearing volume is one reason for this Caution alert.

I am researching INO Director and INO paid consultant Avtar Dhillon.
He was involved in another penny stock that was pumped and dumped.
Not liking what I am seeing.
