mariomax, The Illinois State Attorneys General states that Sony/BMG is no longer using Mediamax software, is that correct?, if it isnt, why hasnt the SAG been contacted to correct the statement on their website, if it is correct, is the companys plan to rehabilitate the Mediamax product to work correctly and within legal guidelines, or will the company have to create a whole new product to address that market segement, also, nobody has seen any promotional/marketing materials, product brochures and etc, for ANY other products that Sunncomm/MMXT is currently offering, are there any and how can investors get copies of any such material, is it avalable online.
Another question, how is the company addressing the revenue falloff and added legal costs due to the flaws found in Mediamax, layoffs?, paycuts?, loans?, private placement sales?, or dilution?, I mean revenue sure cant isnt covering the operating costs, especially now, so how is it being addressed?
