If you are having a problem with your device...it might be a tweeking issue...

Report it to DNSY...and they will address it. I have done it before, early on...and was gone the same day.

It would be helpful if you could go to:

and

http://www.whatismyip.com/

and report your speed, IP, model and the exact time of your test to [e-mail]
