Dave may be planning to do a lot but nothing reportable to the SEC has happened yet. If it had then something would have hit the newswire. Not doubting that something will happen, just saying its unlikely that anything reportable (i.e., inked deals) has happened - at least up until two weeks ago since it would had to have been reported by now.

I'm sitting on my shares until we get the news we've all been dreaming about - and I'm praying that news will come sooner than later.

I know something should happen this week or next according to the message on Facebook "only two more weeks!" I think we will see the new App, some PRs, and the 8K - not necessarily in this order.
