You must be very early in your DD.... as the A/S increase has been talked about 100 times in the past 2 months.
I would absolutely love the pps to get that low, however mining and revenue are right around the corner, and this puppy is looking to be over .01 for good. What do you think the company is worth if down the road they are mining antimony, Uranium, and Lithium... even with lets say 2 billion shares maxed out?
Have you looked at projections as to how much $$ just the fencemaker property holds? Did you know they have been trying to mine it since 2007 and now 5 years later they are just waiting for the green light from NEPA.
This company is more transparent than the countless pennies I have ever followed.... ever.
Even when the company did sell some shares 2 weeks ago (4.5 million a week) they did it at the bid, giving shareholders .006s (think they are happy now?) and they always only took it down to support levels on the charts, showing me someone in the company is aware enough about charts to not break it!
Regardless, if you do not get in on a dip I highly suggest you watch and say DOH from the sidelines : ) goodluck!
Also a side note: We went down to upper .003s on news the company was increasing the A/S to 3 BILLION. They company heard the backlash from shareholders and decided on just over a billion instead. Ever hear of a penny stock changing the course of their business plans because of shareholders concerns?
