INO $3.357M- looks like lunch money as far as these things go.

I'll explore all these maybe small and tenuous connections.

In meantime, It's a huge validation to determine by reverse engineering (smelling the stink, alerting the stink and then finding the source of the stink) what every bone in my body told me- that INO is a very shaky company.
