And Mincore never did any Revenues, and all the so called assets disappeared as they were bought with stock valued at $1 a share, and guess what, he did not own any of the assets he said he did, as Mincore went out of business BROKE and lost their Registration under the Leadership of Mr Jerry.
I believe he showed a balance sheet with over $150 million in assets....all bought with stock....poof and it is gone!!!
History is a wonderful indicator of the future....
