Real companies and real CEOs do not issue convertible debentures at deep discounts, and issue themselves shares at $.0001. My guess is CEO did not pay his taxes. Time to call the IRS.
Real CEOs do not spend all this time posting on message boards, and real CEOs know that painting the tape can occur at any point during trading hours. But that is what you get when you have a CEO that has no idea what he is talking about and posts it on message boards for everyone to see how ig'nant he is.
