Surprised anyone could be invested in this stock without knowing this information... I guess your working on "feel"

But i couldn't access it today. maybe they only allow on weekdays, dont know. But the EDVA site has a pretty good explanation of it.

Basically there wont or should't be a hearing on Oct 17th, and a longer delay on the markman. What activision was trying to present at the Oct 17th hearing has already been proven and the judge basically "doesn't want to hear about it"

I think that leaves us in limbo (for now). I would hope a canncellation of Oct. 17th comes and the Marman rescheduled for ASAP. I would consider ASAP as 2 months. I am hoping for late Oct., Early Nov.

I could be wrong about this stuff and someone will post on it, as to if they will still hold the oct 17th hearing (for what ? don't know), and maybe not push the Markman up. Either way, WDDD is Gold in my opinion...


At question was the timing of the patent filings, etc. I have a patent and product, and understand it a little. I know that when you first disclose to the patent office by mailing them your idea, you have one year to apply. If i were to start making the product and selling it, then wait 2 years to apply, the application would be void. (If they know I was making and selling).Just trying to put into layman terms... :)
