There was a planned reduction in shares and unplanned acquisitions going on in parallel..........something in flux.

Thanks David. Those are paraphrases from you and that is what would make sense to me of what went on. The shares had to be in flux.
It looked to me like shares were taken away then added. The added looks like it occured somewhere between the 12-14 by the chart.
I appreciate you responding to my posts as I feel some folks got angry (with me). All it took was a reponse from you clear that up by saying there are reductions and unplanned acquisitions.

So the TA should "catch up" and get the O/S back to 499 mill.
