the actual number never dipped below 499 once all issuances have finalized

So I am to understand the O/S never got below 499 million eventhough the TA had it down to 464 million Starting August 8?

Are you saying that during the planned retirement of shares there were also planned acquisitions that would have brought the O/S back up?

numbers posted on the NanoTech website and the OTC markets site is always the most current and accurate numbers.

That is a new one for me. I always assume the TA has the most accurate SS. Press on my friend.

DavidRFoley just want to say thanks for the great job you and you team have done and are doing. I will be investing as much as I can as often as I can in your company. I work for a very large company that has lost over 1 billion dollars in the last to years and will lose hundreds of millions more next year while having a 38 billion dollar back log losers. Got my raise yesterday came in at 0.00 first time in 25 years. Instead of working for a company I now have one working for me and must say it is a great feeling. NTEK good people doing great things.
