My point was not to argue with you, and although I replyed to your message, I was not particularly responding to you. "So what" is a rather silly response to those PR's from NTEK.
The "So what" is that they are reducing O/S and A/S because they no longer need to raise capital with shares. This is no "so what" this is pretty significant. So the T/A could be wrong, not unheard of.
The new investors, whom I'm sure there are probably quite a few right now, need to see and understand the transparency in this company. Reducing outstanding shares as well as reducing the A/S and essentually reducing the ability to dilute equals sucess for share prices of Nanotech, which is what we all hope for here I assume.
