They were more crafty than that, they actually suggested that I should sell my shares so that they would not have to cover the purchase.

It is ILLEGAL to come to someone SIX MONTHS after taking my money out of my account and tell me that you had a problem with settlement?

Either give me my money back or the shares I am flexible, but not gullible.

A credible report indicated a Naked Short position of over 300 million shares with the average SHORT being 1.68 cents. SHORT SQUEEZE will only go into effect when they are underwater. IMO 1.68 cents is the technical indicator, after that imagine how painful it's going to become.

TDA problems began back in APRIL 2011, when the stock had 20 million outstanding and we traded over 100 millions shares

LETS NOT FORGET G3 Connects investment in Nov 2011 bought out the CD Holder which was likely SHORT ahead of the conversion and expecting the 100 MILLION shares that G3 got to hit the market. THEY DIDN'T!!!!! That's what caused the run to 5.6 cents in February 2012.

go back to may 2011 volume chart when the stock traded 110 million shares in 1 month..
