While the news was good I would not call it great. You have to think, it will still take 2-3 years for them to complete the project and ever be able to get use of it. So that means 2-3 years of cash flow going out paying for the lease. As well as what the grant does not cover on projects expenses. So there is only a few ways they are going to be able to finance that lease and project expenses.
Great news would be when they have completed the project.
