Just 2 MIL 4's left on Ask, sitting there a while - volume being held low today, PPL saying they can't get filled @4's tho?

Let's see if once these 2MIL R knocked out, it finally moves -- we've been shown on L2 that there R fewer than 3MIL 5's on the Ask at least as of now, that can change fast -- or does some MM slap a token 10-20K 4 on the Ask and make it sit there a long while hoping someone releases more 4's for 'em so they can buy the 3's they want.

Sooner or later this will MOVE significantly today or soon as it's let out of the gate, is IMO why MM's R holding it back so long.
