The hoax idea sounds plausible if you're trying to makes sense out of a totally nonsensical event. I believe T-man just caught someone in a lucid, guard-down moment. It's still an unsubstatiated rumor that lawyers are human, so it could happen. T-man I know and trust; Tyson I don't.
