DUCP is still an SEC Filer but due to the company's delinquency in filing their last Financials the stock was removed from the OTCBB and put on the OTC Markets, f.k.a. Pink Sheets. The OTC Markets do not have the added suffix 'E', using the tier system of OTCQB / OTCQX for current SEC Filers, and Current Info, Limited Info, or No Info for non-SEC filers and delinquent SEC Filers like DUCP.
The stock will still trade.
