My guess is that the current share price pretty much testifies to the fate of the existing shareholders. If the new group wants the "shell" so they can basically do a reverse merger into it then they are likely not paying for today's business but looking at the future.
The "future" may or may not be good for us. If the new group has Integrity, Shareholder Values, Business Savvy, and a Strong Work Ethic then perhaps WNRC shareholders may recoup something. Otherwise, we're screwed.
It is apparent that Dan couldn't figure out how to run the business and apparently took on much more debt that the company could support from operations. Hopefully we will know more in that 30 day or so period.
