It's a good product but the management are really shortsighted and too selfish to make it work. They just can't help themselves.

I don't think they will see any jail time because I think this is what all pinkies do. That's why nobody actually invests in them. They're all just pump and dump schemes designed to get a few promoters and management some quick cash.

I fully expect this to go bankrupt by the end of the year. They diluted so badly and so quickly that they need a reverse split to even begin to entice a new wave of suckers. And even then I don't know how they will manage it. They'll probably have to reverse split 1000:1, but then they'll still have to dilute.
