The perception of a start up company with financial difficulties losing their accounting firm can be damaging indeed. Of course, the reality could be a simple change in firms, unethical/illegal behavior by either party, or just a parting of the ways. Whatever the situation-it seems as if the common investor is yet again kicked in the teeth. Too bad. Good people on this board both pro and con.
