NOT at all. The SEC did not consider this a violation at all IMO and I've never said that nor anyone else. The Mobot acquisition simply added to the information that needed to be provided to the SEC as it would become part of the "NEOM" family along w/ BSDS. Clearly it IS material news and thus was reported.
Please stop twisting things around by claiming others are doing so and misstating what others have said. That violates the user agreement.
